Shipping Information:

All orders are normally processed and shipped within two days upon receipt of order. Depending on your selected shipping method, you should receive your order between 2 to 5 business days. Tracking number will be provided if you decide to go with express shipping. After carrier attempts to deliver the merchandise three times, the order will be returned to Trust Auto and will be reshipped at buyer's expense.

Return Policies:

All products at Trust Auto can be returned or refunded within 15 days of purchase. The returned products must meet the following conditions:

.In original packaging with all components included

.Uninstalled

All refunds will be issued after our staff examine the products and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping the merchandise back. Any return without a RAN will not be accepted. In order to save your money and time, please make sure you order the right products. We will be glad to exchange your order with $25 handling and shipping charge. However, if a return of an item was caused by an error on our part, these fee will not apply.

Defective or Damaged Products

Before signing your package, please make sure the package does not appear to be damaged. We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If the products arrive defective or damaged, please contact our customer service department ASAP. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Whichever the case is, we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will do our best to make thing right.
